2. Sales & Marketing Executives

Position Title: National Sales Producer

Primary Aim

The Sales Producer has a pivotal role at MZT! India in ensuring strategic and executional excellence in the programmes that we implement for clients. This involves leading a team at a national level which works on designing creative and innovative, yet profitable solutions within the capabilities and functionalities of MZT!, managing internal and external resources effectively during implementation and building expertise and experience in specified industry verticals over time. There are two main internal customers of the Sales Producer: the Production team who develop strategies to build the richest and deepest properties for our consumers and the Sales Team who deliver tailored solutions for clients. The Sales Producer manages the interests of both of these groups whilst being driven by the need to scale profitable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

(a) Media Sales Support

• Support on development of promotional concepts for clients. Develop Mock Ups and Interfaces.

• Checking and testing of flash and rich media ads.

• Monitor campaign delivery status.

• Offer media recommendations.

• Compile post-campaign evaluations. .

• Develop and manage timelines, resources and budgets.

• Project management of campaigns from sign off to execution and post review including being the liaison point with external and internal resources.

• Property expert & will be representative for internal teams (sales, etc.) and external clients and/or agencies (on calls/pitches/proposals).

(External customers: Current and potential global content and media partners that have revenue or potential revenue opportunities for properties.

Internal customers: Sales, Production, BD, Client Ops, Account Management, Engineering, GUI, Marketing, and Finance)

• Attend clients and agencies meetings to understand campaign details Work with client and agency on creative execution of ads and working closely with sales to fulfill all client queries.

• Includes all aspects of presentations, product marketing, inventory management (new ads, stamping, maximization etc.), business modeling, client pitches, client targeting, industry prospecting & client qualification.

• Monitor Yield rates during campaigns, handle material submission to adops. Review CPM rate card & analysis working in tandem with the Sales Manager.

• Work with Sales team in developing and evolving sales strategy for the Media Business unit.

 

(b) Delivers Campaign Process

• Get materials from clients & work closely with them in their submission.

• Liaising with local legal for legal clearance (and if needed regional legal clearance).

• Ensure materials adhere to specifications and liaises with Ad Ops Manager & reps regarding final approval for the creative.

• Final check on the test message & work with the Delivers in-charge.

(c) Sales Production

• Act as the primary liaison between production, sales, BD, account management, client ops, GUI and finance & international program team.

• The ultimate "go-to" person for all BU-related revenue questions or decisions that could impact property revenues on a broader and more tactical level.

• Creating and maintaining ad specs program & documents for clients & reseller communication of changes for fusion site.

• Create sales programs for events such as cricket series, festivals and other event based activity.

• Liaises with research for quarterly updates of sales programs amendments for the rate card building creative when needed.

• Managing and liaising with 3rd party vendors

• Develop relationships with International counterparts

(d) Marketing Solutions

• Create sales programs for Verticals

• Work on market research that will enable developing a better sales program and products from MZT! India

• Be contact point for India to be updated with information relating to MZT! India solutions, case studies, latest ratecards and research.

Mandatory requirements

• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand market place changes, strategic implications and business implications for MZT! India

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to test, measure, refine and report on the impact of marketing programs

• Experience in managing external vendors/suppliers/partners

• Strong interpersonal skills required, as well as tolerance/desire for working in fluid, matrix environments

• Experience interacting with all levels and departments within a company – to include working with field offices, domestic and international.

• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues.

• Strong attention to detail

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
